Dental practice transitions are not just about dollars and cents. They must also consider timing, partners, unique opportunities, debt, financial and personal goals, and even emotions. From buying in or starting up your very first practice, bringing in a partner, adding a second location or even transitioning out of ownership when the time is right, this on-demand workshop covers it all.
Join our speakers as they not only present the information you need to know but let you step into the driver’s seat to see how each transition decision can impact your financial path to reaching your short- and long-term goals.
Charles Loretto and Christy Ratcliff work through real cases of different doctors that either sold their practices, created partnerships or took over practices from established doctors. They help outline each scenario and identify the green, yellow, and red flags associated with each to leave you prepared with a clear understanding of the personal and financial benefits of the different transition options.
